Create a team by registering your music program with the online form below. Identify a team captain to serve as liaison to the Walk for Music, and at least one team member to volunteer at the event as a “walk worker”
Recruit walkers to walk for your team. In addition to team registration, each walker must also register online. Download and print pledge forms and posters to help your walkers collect pledges.
Collect $5 registration fees from each of your walkers. Bring one check with payment for all of your walkers to the Walk for Music. Make check payable to Back Bay Chorale for Walk for Music.
Gather pledges by asking friends, family, colleagues and neighbors to help you keep community-based music alive! Make sure all pledge checks are made out to YOUR ORGANIZATION.
Submit final reports **through the online form** by June 1, 2008
